Amul Gouda cheese is a 100% vegetarian cheese made from microbial rennet. It is a yellow cheese made from cow's milk. It is renowned for its typical delicate mild fruity flavour and sweet taste. It is processed under most hygenic conditions, in a plant situated at an altitude of 5000 ft above sea-level. Cheese is left to mature naturally under ideal conditions, in maturing rooms on wooden racks made of special seasoned wood that aids the process.
